Permanent jewelry is designed to be durable, but for safety reasons, it is designed to break if it gets caught or pulled excessively.
Breakages within two years of purchase: If your jewelry breaks at the solder joint, but is still intact, we can re-solder it free of charge upon presentation of proof of purchase.
If the jewelry is broken or damaged (not at the point where it was soldered), Dimitri Daleno Jewelers will offer repair assistance at a discounted price.
If your jewelry is lost, we will offer you a discounted price for a replacement.
We ask that you treat your soldered jewelry with love and care: it is made of precious metal and, although very durable, it is not indestructible. If caught or pulled with force, it could break.
The guarantee is validated by the certificate of authenticity provided with the soldered jewelry at the time of purchase and is valid for two years from the date indicated on said certificate.
